Most of the contracts goes for years giving stability to the job. competitive salary & good benefits. Has very nice company culture. The annual gala party is lavish and lot of other small events that help with team building and bonding.

your experience with management depends on which client you are working with. In some cases, there is no management engagement except for the time sheet approval and year end reviews . Annual appraisals are just OK. Do not expect much growth opportunities. Management is happy as long the contract keeps extending.
