Not a Women Friendly Culture - werkgeversreview Program Manager bij Everforth ECS

I worked for ECS for several years on a government contract. While my male colleague received the title and pay for the PM role that I was doing. Majority of the leadership positions are male. Not women friendly culture/women are overlooked on promotions and pay increases, even when there is harassment HR tends to make it disappear without a true solution.
