      - Heavily dependent on the client and will refuse to manage their clients when they act hostile or threatening. - Does not follow their own handbook, the terminology used is simply to entice people to act one way when departing, but will not follow through with any of the promises, leverage legal jargon to avoid it. - The large majority of you having a job are dependent on how your client feels, and project managers and their leadership will not provide reasonable responses to help their clients, instead just do whatever the client wants, instead of what the client needs.
