* Extreme favoritism! Despite the fact the company is very diverse, yet almost every team "looks like" their manager. * Management only care about their position not progress. They will take the credit, lie, and do all the dirty tricks to cut anyone who might shine. * Very cheap. They would always say " it costs the company money" even for little things. Even at a company policy level they are still cheap, for example: If you refer an engineer and get hired , they give you $50 *gift card* after 3 months, go figure. oh, and $750 if you get a patent!!! * Management prefer to hire timid and submissive employees to protect their status. * Spy on their employees. * Since the bonuses depends on how many products the teams have, and how the products sell. That created a sick culture, where every team wants to steal and harm other teams. Instead of competing with competitors , engineers compete with other teams, in a bad way. * Low efficiency, ( did I mention incompetent management?). The same thing implemented in different ways by multiple teams, under the same director/manager * Old style management. with very low employees retention. * Don't expect to grow unless you "look like" your manager. and continue to stay under him. Be the under dog * And you won't notice most of that unless you are smart, look different, and you gotta stay for a while to see the dirty politics.
