      Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it when coilleagues give their time to let us know how they feel about us. We are in difficult times as we work through this pandemic and a lot of changes have had to be made. If you feel things could be improved you can always chat with your contract manager and share your thoughts, there may be things that can be done or plans for the future.

      Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Minpunten

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
