      In addition to the amazing hourly rate, being an employee here gives you the perk of a free membership card that gives you access to the full gym facilities and the swimming pool. The whole team are friendly and helpful, and are a pleasure to work with.

      Minpunten

      There are no downsides to working here. This employer offers everything that a part time employee would want, and it is a perfect place to work alongside my studies.

      Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Minpunten

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
