Pluspunten
You mostly get paid on time. There are some incredible people that work for this company, you'll make plenty of life long friends (maybe because you see these people more than your own family) Ready glassdoor is a fun daily work activity. The best part is the CEO asked the company to "go write a good review" so you'll notice short bursts of really great reviews on here - just note they all fall on or around the same day in November.
Minpunten
The CEO, Lori Steele, is literally the last person on earth qualified to run this company. Good idea you had a decade ago Ms Steele, way to not allow the people who could make it happen do their jobs. Ms Steele wants the be the BEST FEMALE at this, and the BEST CEO at that - all at the expense of her company being successful. Getting investments is easier when you believe your own lies. The VPs, Directors, Senior Directors, COOs - any executive in this company whose name is not Lori Steele is not allowed to make ANY decisions. The VPs honestly say "okay, great idea, I will have to get it approved, I don't make decisions." This company is based on a very rigid hierarchy, and there is really no movement upward despite the "we promote from within." I mean, they sure do promote from within - if you want more job responsibilities and a new made up title, with no financial compensation, step right up they've got a job for you! The company claims to have "unlimited PTO" - which translates to - you will never get to take another vacation in your life. There have been employees who booked travel, had it approved by their managers, and then were told that they had to cancel their plans and stay and work. Or, if you DO go on a vacation, better take your computer because if not you'll be buying one out of pocket to do the work from where ever you are located. You will want to work anywhere else, but the unrealistic work schedule will leave you here way longer than you'd like, because you can't find the time to apply for a new job.
