Unfortunately that ship has already sailed. Now they are saddled with a company that has dumped everything that would support customers or trained employees to temporarily boost the bottom line. Here is basically a service company that plops warm untrained bodies replacing the former employees that quit in disgust. This acquisition is going to end up in the "L" column for Great Hill.
