      Not very many pros, if any at all. None that I can think of.

      Minpunten

      CEO disconnected from needs of employees. The pay is laughable, even if you are making a lot of sales. The benefits are next to none, including no bereavement leave. So if you need to attend a loved ones funeral, you'll have to take vacation days or use a day without pay. The culture is weak and the employees always feel is if they could be let go at anytime. Besides all of that the product they push is marketing info as they mislead companies into thinking they can increase their sales with what they have to offer. They can't. It's borderline unethical. Avoid at all costs

      They will literally hire anyone so if you NEED a job this will be a good bridge between places

      When you are first hired, you are expected to make 100+ calls a day and cycle through old company leads that didn't purchase data until you can make 6 sales in which you get 2 months to do so? But thats it. Once you get promoted you never actually get commission unless you find a wale client and event then some of the most talented people have left because every time you make commission the goal gets pushed ever further so ensure they don't have to pay you out.
