ExakTime has some great products that really are beneficial to their target customers. There are some very, very hard working people there who really care about the company and the customers

Minpunten

Very limited communication from upper-management. They are very tight-lipped about future plans. There is a lot of emphasis placed on finding those responsible for problems, but very little energy focused on preventing the problems from occurring in the first place.

During my time there, in the beginning the company was growing and management would take constructive criticism but as time went on, this started to become less and less.

So as the pros as I feel once a pro is taken away, it is a bigger con then anything else.
