Pluspunten

The relationships you develop with your clients and physicians you work with are very rewarding and comforting.

Minpunten

Every person that is ever in some type of managerial role (Team Lead; Dept. Supervisor; Operations Manager; General Manager; ect.) seems to always completely lack any type or form of basic human sympathy or compassion for any of their employees. The company as a whole will always treat each and every employee as if they're nothing but machines or robots at their disposal. They work you like dogs with no appreciation or even gratitude provided for it, let alone any substantial rewards for all your extra time and sacrifices you've given them. They micromanage their employees to an extreme level. They never acknowledge or praise anyone who may either go above & beyond in their work or who may produce 100% error free work, but they will most certainly go out of their way to point out every tiny error someone may make and then berate that person not only personally but publicly (in front of all their colleagues) as well. They play favorites and create their own "cliques" of people they just happen to be fond of personally, and then make sure that those "chosen" individuals are never held to the same expectations as everyone else is, which inevitably allows them to perform in their jobs as least productive as they want as well as treat anyone as poorly as they want - whenever they want, without having to ever face any negative repercussions for their abusive behavior. If anyone tries to speak up or attempt to fight for fairness within the departments, they either transfer the "disruptive" employee to another department, discipline the employee with a phony write up, threaten to permanently terminate that employee, or just simply terminate them abruptly without any real valid cause or reasoning. The ill treated employees within the company are not even able to rely on their HR representatives because no matter what any of the circumstances or situations may be, HR always (and without any thought or consideration) sides with management and will sometimes tend to also emotionally belittle and berate that employee as well/ along with the abusive manager. Despite the company exceeding profit goals by billions of dollars each year, they NEVER offer any substantial bonuses and as for raises each year, they cap those off at only 2% - and you are only able to receive the maximum 2% raise if you manage to be 100% perfect in their eyes for that entire previous year. Within the last 3-4 years or so, their employee turnover rate is astonishingly & outrageously high. They can't keep new hires for longer than 6-9 months if their lives depended on it. Their couple (maybe 4 total) of actual senior employees who have been with the company for at least 7+ years or more (and some almost 20+ years) are so incredibly burnt out from having to always carry the company for them while they cycle through new employee after new employee. They rarely ever provide advancement opportunities for anyone but when a promotional position does become available, they never choose the candidates that are actually professionally qualified for that position, but instead they will promote their "friends" or at least the individual they just happen to personally like more than others. Not only are you required to work your exact 40 hours each week, but 9 times out of 10, you'll also be REQUIRED to work an absurd amount of Over Time whenever they demand it, despite if you have any family obligations or any other prior engagements - and failure to complete that last minute mandated OT will result in automatic disciplinary actions. As far as your earned Paid Time Off (PTO), sometimes it doesn't even matter if you put in your request to use it within 6 months advance - when it comes down to that day before you're supposed to be off, they'll sometimes still make you work during your "vacation/off" days because they are always, and forever, severely understaffed. It wasn't always like this. NMR used to be the greatest employer you could ever dream or wish for. But once they allowed horrible and corrupt management to start taking over- it all just keeps getting worse and worse each year that goes by. It was very heartbreaking and devastatingly sad watching that place mentally destroy so many wonderful people.
