A worker was consistently abusive to residents, but was not fired because she worked so many hours. This same worker began to abuse her breaks, and so the management, instead of disciplining her, decided to revoke all breaks for workers on half-day shifts. Management intimidates workers, treats unions as subversive and treacherous, and refuses to communicate unless it works in their favour.
