Excellent atmosphere. Some of the brightest and the nicest people in the industry.

Minpunten

Mostly deals with "traditional" technologies (kernel, etc). Not for people who want the latest and greatest.

- Very smart & nice people. - Very complicated technology - after more than 3 years - I learn new things and new technology almost every day. - good work life balance.

Minpunten

- Hard to recruit new people due to the complicated technology. (need to know Linux, Networking and high analytical requirements), and a small company this lead to more pressure on small team. - long ramp up for new people.

Very high professional level. Absolutely groundbreaking technology with no analogs. Flat hierarchy, great communication. Very attractive compensations.

Minpunten

Entry barrier is very high for the new employees, due to the extreme complexity of the tech. Many good specialists, that could probably succeed elsewhere, fail to adopt. Makes it hard for the company to grow.
