No automation, manual lead generation, Company advertises warm leads which over a year working here I’ve gotten none, deals that ran commissions were never paid as the owner gave excuses to change the rules, random comp plan changes without warning to basically pay your salary back before making a dime in commission without agreement, cut expense reimbursement out with no warning leaving several trade shows and travel without payment, Most Kronos resellers have more support and systems in place so they outbid us in other deals, ownership changes mind each week on how much activity they want when truthfully all they want is signed deals every 2 weeks or your job is on the fence, no training despite saying they do all training, using 3rd parties to manage but the 3rd parties all leave as the owners are cheap and give them no control over marketing and pricing discounts, owner will tell you to avoid the industries the technology does best in due to him not wanting to pay commissions, overall the technology can sell but the company gets in its own way by being cheap and unsupportive, they promise a lot of bs to get to payroll reps to come over and only want to pay a salary with no commissions, expects 500k quota attainment with no sales and lead support, real companies have systems in place to help reach those goals but this company wants you to generate it yourself. 2x more expensive than competitors do most deals were lost,
