HR won't provide you full policy document during recruitment later on after joining you can access the entire policy document and their policies are ridiculous No offer letter giving until I arrived at company to take the physical offer letter which was very risky They have a software called Teamlogger which tracks track your time every 5 min and if your not active your time is cut even your lunch time is deducted and you have to compulsorily complete 8:30 hrs everyday No active projects in field of AI Sandwich leave policy Fixed hike ( Even if you perform great ) and if you want that hike stay for another 6 months or your hike will be deducted. They take first salary as security deposit and if you leave the company in a year they will take your salary as first deposit They placed a web developer as team lead of AI department , hence my team has to meet unrealistic deadlines .
