Pluspunten
Exceptionaire is an interesting and unconventional place to work at. While in other companies I must have managed 3-4 projects, Exceptionaire gave me the opportunity to manage over 10 projects simultaneously. a) The company has no dearth for projects. The most interesting aspect is that each project is as different as it can be from the other - Client location, Domain, Scope, Size to name a few. This ensures that there is absolutely no monotony. b) Being small, it is easy to be recognized for good work. And the management is appreciative of and acknowledges your work and initiative. c) The floor is extremely busy which leaves little room for politics and gossiping which is a common problem with bigger companies. d) Personally, the biggest Pro for me has been that my mistakes have never been dangled on my neck. While I was pulled up for my errors for sure, I was mentored through it rather than made to feel responsible.
Minpunten
a) Processes are evolving and hence it is very people dependent. This causes delays and issues when someone is on leave or not available. b) There is a lot on everybody's plate and hence there is not much time for collaboration.
