Pluspunten

-Most of the staff are really nice and helpful. -Trusted to work autonomously. -Flexible working hours. -33 days off a year. -Vitality healthcare with half price virgin active gym membership and more.

Minpunten

-Most people in management and senior management are completely unqualified to manage themselves, let alone a team or department of people and are failing staff in most departments. I believe this to be either due to a lack of desire to manage or being completely out of their depth. -The CTO spends more time on his phone pretending to look busy than actually fixing the many major issues that arise in the technology department. -The CEO only really talks to certain departments and mainly women, leaving other staff feeling isolated and unimportant. -The hiring criteria is very loose and has left the company with quite a few people who don't pull their weight. -Good staff members are leaving due to unfair treatment while others are being promoted just for sticking around the longest.

Poor morale around the office since the acquisition in Dec 2016 There’s an obvious divide between those employees working hard and those who are lazy and distract others

- Great people, though many of those will not stay - Innovative company

Minpunten

- Titles 'dumbed' down - Pure demotions all around. Only true opportunities presented is that to work your way back up to the title you were on to begin with. - Employees forced to take subpar titles or risk being escorted off site and sacked. - Remote line management will not allow for personal growth. - Serious culture-clash with UK and US workers. - 'Gag orders' on all staff to not share any negative feelings/views regarding ERT. - Terrible leadership in HR Department. Complete lack of empathy and brown-noses Senior Management. - Management will often spin lies to keep you quiet.
