I felt accepted and comfortable at work, it felt like a good team. Dress code was not strictly enforced. It was great when customers got a great result. Lovely to watch customer's progress and be part of improving people's lives,
Minpunten
There is way too much paperwork, it was stressful and affected customers when you got it wrong. Targets were often nasty to sick and vulnerable customers; this made the job stressful and upsetting. Appointments were too short, very frustrating and felt pointless for the customer and you. The job changed all the time, changes often did more harm than good and made no sense. Sometimes the aims felt a little vague, we were so
