Minpunten
Recruiters are way too much focus on candidates graduated from universities abroad, which makes the quality of the team members too monotone, and sometimes leads to an over-performing working culture instead of working hard. Moreover, they use KPI to evaluate individuals, but the data contributed to the KPI is not very much correct.
