Training is non-existent once you have learned to complete an entry like a robot. I was told in my interview that they want new employees to understand the principles of the role, not just the procedures. As Einstein once said "Any fool can know. The point is to understand" Once they think you're capable of following the process from start to finish, there's no point in asking any more questions. The probation period is pointless, they can and will get rid of you within 2 years if you aren't their cup of tea ( A yes man gimp) The customs department is like an episode of Hollyoaks. Nothing positive you do will ever get mentioned
