The initial intake was positive and motivating.
Minpunten
Hyoer focussed on expansion of new recruits but didn't do much to mentor. Signed on in a "free month", was never reimbursed funds. I felt lost, left to the wind, and found it difficult to maintain positive due to feeling lost.
