Explora has provided me with all the skills I need to be a great animal care technician. The husbandry team is by far the best team I had worked with. They give everyone a chance to take the ALAAS Certification and enroll it's employees to the website for studying materials. I have created great connections with previous upper management and co-workers. A true company I would have loved to grow with. Overwork employees constantly with unexpected workload and expect A1 performance. Some upper management take care of each other when other employees are mistreated by a Supervisor/Manager. Manager Leaves early every Friday.
