The business has some very special people who are a delight to work with. Some try hard to create an environment where you feel valued and supported. There are some that have been there a very long time.

There is a lot of smoke and mirrors. Champagne tastes with lemonade pockets. Completely unrealistic expectations. Complete lack of understanding of some sectors. A Management Team who can be completely detached from those below them. They will also struggle to exit people and leave people that have delivered exactly the same performance still employed. This change to your rights is critical. For far too long Companies like Exponential-e have been able to simply "exit" people from the business in their first two years knowing that they have little or no employment rights.
