Very busy and growing company. Generous health insurance coverage and 401k match (one of the best I have seen in Oklahoma). Generous salaries for technicians who are willing to produce. Monday thru Friday work week. No weekends. Ownership and upper management seem interested in creating a positive work environment and improving daily operations.
Minpunten
Mid-level managers (fixed-op) seem to be lacking basic interpersonal skills. a couple of these managers have a bad habit of denigrating employees while inflating their own importance and stature. Narcissism seems to be an issue with these managers. They are not open to suggestions and enjoy berating employees in front of others. I don't understand the stark difference between upper management and fixed-op managers. The shops are behind normal shops in equipment except for factory scan tools. They have invested in factory level scan equipment but everything else is the cheapest available and always breaks. Current location of recondition shop is crowded so bad it is almost commical. Each department is constantly competing for the same space. Employee input is not encouraged.
