I really liked the staff, I was able to work with the manager, sales team, and marketing team. The team was relatively small so I was able to participate normally and be a part of both the the Sales and Marketing team. Management lies to their employees and makes a lot of promises that they don't keep. They hire employees for one job but have them do a completely different job once they are in the door. The owner of the company often comes in and fires employees, and they sometimes hire people just so they have people to fire when he comes in. The website is ancient and it often breaks and bugs out. They refuse to update their software and equipment because the owner wants to put as much money in his pocket as possible. They cut employee wages and try to make it seem like they're doing what is right.
