Amazing company if you’re just starting out in the tech field. They will teach you the tricks of the trade and are very patient when you are learning something new. They offer free Udemy courses and lucrative internship opportunities. I think they even will partially pay for higher education but I am not sure to what extent as I did not participate. Lower management is all very skilled in their respective roles and are great leaders. They are also very kind people and you will get along with them easily. It is also fully remote which in today’s landscape is always a plus. You will 100% enjoy working here and the people you work with but just not for long term.

Upper management is where this company falls short. This company started as some friends wanting to make something and it still shows today. They hire C-suite based on being friends with each other and not based on qualifications leading to negative effects on all lower level employees. Their leadership causes projects to be overly stressful for no reason due to bad planning and lack of instructions or even often the wrong instructions. You will also never move up in this company. Plan to stay as whatever they hired you as. Even if you grow in your role and become an integral part of the team they will treat you as the same skill they hired you as. You will have to fight hard for every promotion and every raise even if it’s just a quality of life raise and most of the time you will end up losing the fight. They have a tendency to lose amazing employees due to refusing to appreciate them properly. I watched many very skilled engineers leave this company even though they really didn’t want to because they just didn’t get the respect or appreciation from upper management they deserved. (and then later tried to get some of them to come back after they realized their mistake)
