You get to work on a lot of fun projects. Most of them are taking something from a whiteboard sketch through design, prototype and testing. It was a small team and so you got to work on every phase of the project. Managers trusted and used your input. If you had questions or roadblocks they were there to help. The team was great too. Since it was small everyone was willing to be a helping hand.
