      Mon avis est que Extia offre un environnement très propice à l’entrepreneuriat et à la prise d’initiative. On nous donne les moyens d’essayer, d’innover et de construire des projets, ce qui est particulièrement motivant au quotidien. C'est une entreprise dynamique, avec une vraie énergie collective. Les perspectives d’évolution sont concrètes : après plusieurs années au sein du groupe, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’évoluer à plusieurs reprises. L’ambiance de travail est positive et encourageante, avec des équipes engagées et accessibles

      C’est une entreprise qui évolue vite. Le rythme peut parfois être soutenu dans mon métier, mais c’est réellement pour la bonne cause !

      Pluspunten

      Premises are well positioned in the city, there is a good relationship between employees and management, and things are usually very relaxed and easy-going. There are teambuilding events every few months, and of course, free coffee. Extia is indirectly involved in many different fields of computer science so you can meet people you wouldn't normally run into in those offices.

      Minpunten

      The diversity of work done from Extia is also a weakness - unless you work in a very common field or with very common technology you likely will be on your own for improving your skills.
