As an employee you're given a lot of autonomy which is great if you're wiling to run your own course. Work life balance is great especially for an agency. There is not a common agency mentality of trying to get everything out of someone and then move on. They work hard to try and balance the cycles of work for everyone. Great people who really care about their work. The people are also great to hang out with after work.

Because management is often working through planning I think it can feel like they aren't communicating. The cycles of work at a smaller agency can be tough for many people. You often have too much work or not enough work. But this is true at any smaller agency / company.
