Pluspunten
If you were lucky enough to have worked at Extron 20 years ago, it was awesome. The work force at the time was outstanding; we worked very hard in order for the company to be successful and at the same time it was rewarding to hear the owner, express his support for his staff and employees. Unfortunately, this is no longer true.
Minpunten
Human Resources has too much power over decisions that should be made in regards to Extron employees. Managment has no say on who they can hire or fire in their department -- this goes for Upper, Middle or Lower Management. Standing joke is, if you hear your name over the loudspeaker on a Friday payday by the fearsome Iron Lady, you know you're canned!! Human Resource department should be completely restructured and hire a competent manager to run it.
