Pluspunten
The people that Eze hires continue to be great. People generally work to do the right thing by their people. Compensation is fair, but increasingly rules based. Eze no longer offers an entrepreneurial merit based growth plan for employees.
Minpunten
Leadership is tone deaf and willing to do anything to make change for the sake of change. They continue to cut senior people who are clearly committed to the firm. CEO has gotten great at offering lip service to folks - lots of plans! few follow through and results. Overall very difficult to have a trusting relationship with senior management who is unable/ willing to engage and aloof.
