Ótimo ambiente. Coordenação participativa e bastante empática. Uma das poucas instituições que ainda se preocupam com a educação e não exclusivamente com o lucro. Reitor maravilhoso e tem histórico na área da educação.

Minpunten

Benefícios básicos. Não tem muitos recursos para trabalho. A internet não é de boa qualidade e só funciona na sala dos professores.

i was able to grow a relationship not only with the children but with my employer.

i wasn’t always comfortable when working mainly because i didn’t have a relationship with the employer . it took a while but i was able to grow closer with them.

Where should I start. This company has so much potential, the owner is a good guy to work for. The company has a lot of high end client that they work hard to ascertain their business. Here is the problem the owner has a soft spot for the director “ it’s a mom and pop shop” she has multiple personalities and your never sure what to encounter based on her mood. You simply can’t run a business like that, I have seen so many things “said” and “done” wrong that I just could not stay.
