The team in the FDC tax department were collaborative, would meet as a team regularly and had a very strong work culture (but never expected staff to do crazy hours which was very refreshing). Honestly, you would be hard pressed to find a nicer group of colleagues and a better work environment. FDC as a firm really stays true to its values, they hold an excellent work culture and everyone is genuine and nice.
