Entreprise qui se veut familiale et qui pense qu’installer un babyfoot à l’entree et une fausse plante sur la table reduira son turnover plus grand que son chiffre d’affaires. Les RH sont plus occupée à penser qu’il y a une pénurie de SDR BDR sur le marché qu’à instaurer un management horizontale afin de contenir les talents, qui fuient d’ailleurs l’entreprise en masse. Des stagiaires exploités et une rémunération de misère. Ils sont néanmoins bons dans ce qu’ils font : Générer des Leads.
