Not offering flexibility for smart working

First day orientation they tell you the company is faith based. They distribute vaccines, nothing religious about it. The owner sends emails with prayers and all hands meetings usually come with some religious indoctrination. I like making money without hearing stories about your religious opinions or about the Easter bunny. Low margin business that has a ton of fat. They get sold software that they’re unaware of what it does or how it benefits them. Buzzwords like AI and automation while their Sharepoint is broken. Owner loves the number 88. HR asks you to guess why, day one. I just looked up what that number represents on google and wasn’t surprised at the general response. If you don’t want people to speculate the don’t bring it up. Very political, brags about it. You gotta fake it to fit in or deal with toxic behavior. Not very inclusive.
