They seem to put plans in place to improve... I have just never seen them put them in action.

Minpunten

Frequent management turnover. Everyone I worked with was unhappy with the overbearing work load. Management kept saying things will get better. They did not while I was there and I believe they still have not. If you are a PM, they will bury you in projects. Quality people do not stay long making it very hard on those that remain.
