Pluspunten

For me, the best reasons to work at Fidelity were the customers. The old InterCept approach of building a relationship with the clients were phased out as Fidelity took over. The system used to assist customers was great, and there was always an opportunity for training the client.

Minpunten

Management by fear and intimidation, double standards, lack of communication between employees and supervisors and management. Disharmony, low moral and mega-micro-management.
