Get to work remote now, although there is a strange push to get us back to the office...as a...tech company. No need. We've literally proven to be more productive working remote and those who want to continue this, should be allowed to without a forced hybrid return.
Minpunten
Not even cost of living increase was given for 2020. No stipend given in 2020 to cover additional costs of setting up home office (faster wifi, cover mobile costs, office furniture, monitors, mouse, keyboard, etc). No communications around promotions in 2021, just vague "it could happen, but probably only a title change with no increase in pay". This leaves me with no idea how to coach and mentor my directs. And then management is upset when people leave FIS.
