- They mislead you when entering the organization in believing you will be working for the actual company, when in fact you will be an employee of a subsidiary and your actual role/title will be lesser in the main organization - Large organization with ABSOLUTELY ZERO cross-functional communication between teams - STRONG silos - A lot of red-tape - Useless & unproductive politics
