Pluspunten
FIS is not an easy organization to work for. There are demands for new knowledge, hard work, professionalism, integrity, and most of all accountability. We are held accountable for everything we say and do; from the investor to one another. Employee's are the most important asset to the company and it is evident in the leadership culture. The doors remain open at FIS because most of us buy in to what it is we do. This buy-in feeds the milieu of growth and hard work. We're simply a thriving product of market demand because when you are good, your just good, and everyone knows it.

Training and Community involvement are improving, but we need more of it (lots more of it) in order to better stabilize our trust in future opportunities, and to become an iconic presence in our own backyard.
