Job Insecurity is very^n high- Nobody knows when they will be thrown out. Human Resources department have become an expert in firing people by gaining lot of experience every year. Otherwise, they are literally non existent in the organization. Top Management are the kind of people who cannot find their own butts with their both hands. They are best known for changing the organization structure every other quarter in the name of fancy management jargons. They are highly reliant on many consultants on how to run the organization. The company, its employees and customers of FLSmidth deserves better management. It is not the place for somebody who want to grow along with the organization, as the organization is not growing. Due to poor top management, the relationship between middle management and individual contributors have become all time low. As people in middle management are not able to face their team members. Basically they are clueless and not able to answer their logical questions.
