It was a good experience to start with the Company, and be part of its development.

Minpunten

Chaotic environment to work . Total lack of support from supervisors mainly for the short period of time they were assigned to a group. Every 3 months they changed teams making impossible to build the necessary one on one tool. You had to adjust constantly to the new person and vice versa. High turn over and new faces, changes in policies and procedures according to the new in charge. It was walking in eggs shells experience.
