Minpunten
Low salary, no career plans, no growth unless you're a friend of someone. The worst management I've ever known, selected not between the best (that leave) but the ones who say yes to everything. The result: mid-top tier roles filled by yes-men and yes-women, with poor-to-none hard or soft skills to fit the position. Promotions are offered as a retention strategy rather than a growth one, only the ones who don't see it will get through it. Smart ones leave way earlier. Unmotivated pressure, poor understanding of other markets but Spain. Creating and executing a strategy for more than 400 people can't be delegated to someone with no experience doing that, with no technical skills to know what they're talking about, and with no interest in understanding basic commercial and business frameworks. Just yelling "we are Factorial, we own it" doesn't make that a value and doesn't make you a visionary leader. Turnover above 50% YoY. Is that a metric for a people-centric company? Seems not to me.
