The passionate people make Factory Media. We always grafted and worked together as a solid team despite being understaffed at the time, because of our love of the sports and the brands. Great friends made.
Minpunten
Poor management. Lack of care and attention of those that actually worked hard and believed in the brands - the ones that ‘made’ those brands and produced the content. No ‘downwards’ training or sharing of knowledge from top management.
