      Pluspunten

      I loved working at FWF. The company environment and the people were a delight, and the shared passion for the mission really transpired in the job. Everyone was incredibly supportive and cooperative and the work relationships went beyond colleagues and I could really see how everyone cared for each other personally.

      Minpunten

      Some processes were very time consuming because of how many people had to be contacted and consulted before being able to act.

      Gepassioneerde, vriendelijke en toegewijde collega's; ruimte voor iedereen om evenveel bij te dragen (meestal platte organisatie); veel autonomie in je werk; flexibel werk; sterke steun voor een goede balans tussen werk en privéleven; management dat echt om u als geheel geeft.

      Veel autonomie in je werk is alleen niet voor iedereen weggelegd. Sommige mensen houden van een hiërarchie, meer structuur en duidelijke instructies van bazen. Dan is Fair Wear waarschijnlijk niet de organisatie voor jou.
