Care used to be about the patients and EMTs. Now they are about money. Everyone's first priority is making sure care gets every penny. Care has sacrificed its employees to accomplish this. Scheduling is a joke . No overtime unless your friends with scheduling, then you can work as many hours and shifts as you want.
