When I first started I received about a month of hands on training from a designated person on the team. I received very thorough training. It’s a position that requires you to be on top of your work and you will grow a lot in your position if you follow the training and stay motivated. I worked with a great team they were all friendly and hard working. Management is always there to assist with resolving any issues and I didn’t have to worry about resolving them on my own, management would always help me. The office is very nice. It’s a new building and we all have our own work areas that are spaced out from each other with lots of windows and it just gives a very happy vibe. There’s also a kitchenette where the company provides coffee, tea, and snacks. They also have a lounge area for our breaks which is separate from the lunch area. It was my birthday during the time I worked there and I came in the morning of my birthday and my desk was decorated and they bought a cake and sang me happy birthday which I thought was so thoughtful and sweet. For the holidays they always have food catered and for Christmas we had a Christmas party and we went out to a really nice restaurant and we were all just able to bond outside of the office which was very nice.

When I first started I lived close by but then I had to move further away and the drive was just a little too far for me.

Great motivated team. The company provides Health Insurance, Sick Day pay, Vacation pay. Lots of opportunity for advancement for Motivated, Good Attitude and Reliable employees. Training is great. you will be trained with all the details on the Job. Top management provides you with all the necessary training on the job so you can be able to grow. Lots of employees take the training seriously and grow. I have seen one Manager that when she got promoted, she started performing poorly, causing tones of mistakes, she got jealous from other managers who are performing better and start hating them. she created a negative environment in her department. After several warnings, the top management didn't take them long to terminate her. Now a new manager took place and it is much better. What I like about this company is that top management make the right decisions which enable the company to grow. This company is growing and always looking for new motivated personal to join.

Gives many chances to some of the employees who do not perform well, makes mistakes, and arrive late. However, when they are asked, the say that in their experience, some employees changes to better when you give them chances.
