Since a lot of change has happened this company has gone through a lot of change,no cons here

Rarely office based. Out in the community. Engagement with multiple service users. Really feel like you’re giving back. Plenty of extra hours if needed. Please note the cons are role specific and not indicative of the entire charity. As are the start ratings.

This specific role felt isolated at times. Was challenging to keep up with changing risk assessments.
