Management has lackluster response to safety complaints, often being dismissive to operations staff, including supervisors, bringing up safety concerns. Vehicles are poorly maintained by maintenence staff, and problem reports regularly go unaddressed for long periods. Vehicles regularly break down while driving, putting patients and providers at risk of serious injury. Consistent payroll issues, employees regularly missing pay without resolution until the next week, sometimes longer. Poor treatment of contracted facilities. Training for on boarding providers is poor, and newly on boarded employees are often paired together without experienced providers to guide them - putting patients and providers at risk. Very opaque management practices - pay scale is not public and changes regularly, and temps are hired at rates $5+ higher than their permanent tenured counterparts for the same positions.
