Owner was a very mean person , didn't care about staff unles you were her favorite . Worked overtime with no pay. Saw staff walk out office crying all the time. We were told by the boss to have backbones and not be sensitive. Made teachers pay for everything. We had to pay for training . If a kid broke Something it came out of our paycheck. We were Belittled. Even parents told me they noticed it all the time. Move teachers around so much. If you're sick they ask what you're sick with and act like they don't believe you. Sometimes went days with no lunch break..one girl was puking on the job they didn't let her go home cz they never have enough staff ever. So unorganized. I went to work at another daycare and I actually get treated like I matter and it's something that's so amazing and made me realize how bad Fallones truly was. It was bad
